2. Products & Orders All product prices are listed in € (Euro) and include applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed via email once successfully placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

3. Shipping Delivery times range from 7–20 business days depending on location. All items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Customs fees (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty & Defects We offer a 24-month warranty under EU consumer law. If your product is faulty, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect losses, shipping delays, or third-party service issues.
